Introduction to Safeguarding in International Schools and Colleges

Welcome to our ‘Introduction to Safeguarding in International Schools and Colleges’ e-learning course.

As educators, we have a fundamental responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our students.

In an increasingly interconnected world, where cultural diversity and mobility are celebrated, safeguarding takes on even greater significance.

Objective: this training course aims to provide teachers in international schools and colleges with the knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary to recognise and respond, to safeguarding concerns in the school or college environment.

Duration: this e-learning course is designed to be delivered online, with interactive activities. It is expected that the course will take around 1-hour to complete.

Completion: by the end of this training course, teachers will have a deeper understanding of safeguarding principles and practice, enabling them to create safer learning environments for all students in international schools and colleges.
